About our courses - We have been providing coaching and support for over sixteen years and have trained higher than fifteen thousand scholars from across the entire world but target the UK and Eire . All our courses are modular, sometimes 1-5 days, and lead directly to a diploma or a recognized qualification from NVQ / IHBC / IIHT licensed by VTCT or BABTAC. Our relationship with our scholars does not finish at the end of a course, we offer continuing support by telephone and e-mail to help scholars maximize their investment in their performance.
We also will be introducing NEW training programs for all sides of the management of a spa or salon business. Courses will be designed for a selection of particular requirements - whether a sole owner, a dept executive, a club or hotel spa, the HR and coaching team in a multiple or the directors who need to boost performance and achieve a return on the funds invested ( ROCE ).
All courses are taught by experienced and qualified tutors and lecturers. We use consultants for categorical courses - outlets for retailing, promoting gurus for selling but the key disciplines are taught by lecturers with qualifications for teaching spa and beauty care.
We are privileged to be in a position to draw on the wide experience of our folks who've been specialists, set up individual salons and spas from nothing, thru to running operations employing over 5 hundred doctors in three states over more than forty sites.
